The EuroFRIGO SFPU thermal insulation panels of EUROPAN S.A. are complex, self-supporting structural elements, specially designed for the construction of refrigeration chambers and rooms (premises) with high requirements for thermal insulation and water-tightness, and controlled special temperatures and humidity of the environment.

They are designed after in-depth research on both the domestic and foreign markets and the collection of technical data and opinions from experts in the field of cooling chambers. Europan AD has developed a new trapezoidal unit, a method that eliminates the thermal bridge to the sheet metal and also excludes other inclusions with rigid polyurethane cores to larger metal nets.
This new innovative trapezoidal assembly of EuroFRIGO SFPU panels, which are designed for maintenance chambers from 80-150mm (+5 to -18 ° C) and panels from 150-200mm, which are designed for deep-freeze chambers (freezer up to -50 ° C), predetermines the path, because the elusive air is linear and ends when it becomes trapezoidal, thus eliminating heat loss.
Thanks to the innovative installation, the EuroFRIGO SFPU thermal insulation polyurethane panels meet the specifications and meet all customer requirements.
They consist of two sheets of metal and a coating of self-extinguishing rigid polyurethane resin. The standardized sheets of EuroFRIGO SFPU panels are made of pre-painted steel and can be flat or smooth modulation.
The special molding of the male / female ends of the panels, for splicing during installation, provides the panels with complete tightness and increased thermal insulation, without the need to protect the joints with additional sealing materials.

Natural Characteristics
The foam is odorless, prevents the formation of mold and fungus, remains chemically neutral and the humidity does not change its mechanical capacities. Sensitive to the texture of the excessive sunlight and in contact with water only at the exposed surface as well.
Foam Expansion
Pentane is used in foam expansion which is friendly to the atmosphere and to the environment in general as it is chlorofluorocarbons free (CFC & HCFC Free.)

On customer demand and upon consultation concerning the minimum production quantities and the delivery deadlines, the EuroFRIGO SFPU panels can be also manufactured with plates of different hardness, thickness and type, such as prepainted aluminum, copper, stainless steel as well as with different coatings depending on the particular requirements of the project.
